Return & Refund Policy – Volwear

Your satisfaction is important to us. Here is our return and refund policy:


1. Return Eligibility:

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Product must be:

    • Unused

    • In original packaging

    • With all tags attached


2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Innerwear, masks, and sale items are non-returnable


3. Return Process:

  • Email us at support@volwear.com with order ID and return reason

  • Our team will approve and share return pickup details

  • Pickup may take 3–5 days


4. Refund Method:

  • Refund is issued within 5–7 working days after product inspection

  • Refund is made to the original payment method


5. Damaged/Wrong Item:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.


6. Exchange:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You can return and place a new order.
