1. Return Eligibility:
Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
Product must be:
Unused
In original packaging
With all tags attached
2. Non-Returnable Items:
Innerwear, masks, and sale items are non-returnable
3. Return Process:
Email us at support@volwear.com with order ID and return reason
Our team will approve and share return pickup details
Pickup may take 3–5 days
4. Refund Method:
Refund is issued within 5–7 working days after product inspection
Refund is made to the original payment method
5. Damaged/Wrong Item:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
6. Exchange:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You can return and place a new order.
